Had a taxi booked for Xmas Day, this was confirmed by email, they never showed up and have not responded to subsequent email. No explanation, completely unacceptable we had to walk home in the rain. Never again

These guys are life savers. We were stuck with no transport available near Oakley station as we got off the wrong train stop at 5.30pm during easter friday. There were no other trains scheduled, no busses, no Uber or Bolt. All the taxi services were closed for business. Our only option was to book the closest airbnb and walk there (4miles) after a full day of trek at box hill steps.
AA Dorking were the only taxo service who said they would help and they sent over a car in minutes. Charged a bomb of course but we were back amongst the living at the end of the day.

When I got in the cab I was told it would be around £25 to go 7 miles. I thought this was a but steep but accepted it. After a short while I noticed that we were on double time even though it was only 11pm. The meter was on £37 when arrived so we ended up having an argument about the fare. I was told Mole Valley tell them to charge this amount, what a load of rubbish! I agree with Ivan don't touch them with a barge pole. The only good reviews will be written by themselves, AVOID!!!

A superb, professional service is provided. This company is efficient, punctual and cost effective, I have used them for most of necessary business collections and drops and they are always super reliable. I would not recommend anyone else other than A A Dorking taxi service!

Another on time trip to LHR this morning. We started to use AA taxis after they rescued us when we had been let down by another firm and we’ve always been delighted with the service. They are now our ‘go to’ taxi service.
