This is my experience of the Romanian run Tudor Rose.
I had used them previously and had no issues, so I booked with them again last December to Meet & Greet from Gatwick.
When I dropped off the car, I took photos from all angles. There was no damage. I was conscious of the fact that the driver did not take any photos himself, which I thought was strange. When we departed the area, I turned and saw him then taking photos, which seems a bit late in my opinion. On reflection, I think you should video the car and get the driver to state on camera that there is no damage. This is what I am going to do in future, though not with this company of course.
When we collected the car, at the last moment of checking it over, I noticed a slight dent on the rear window OS stanchion, it was relatively small (like maybe a heavy branch had fallen on it), but it was not there when I dropped the car off. I pointed this out to the guy, and I took a photo and he said to contact the office in the morning, he then took a photo.
I emailed the office the next day and the next couple of emails were fairly straightforward, send us the pictures of the dame and when you dropped it off etc.
They then came back to me stating the damage was there when I dropped it off! They had photographic evidence which was a photo of the damage, and my wife and son were in the picture. As I said, when we dropped it off, they did not take any pictures until we left the area. They said the picture was date stamped, but it wasn’t. I could not believe the audacity of this and replied of course. They said I was welcome to sue them, but they would claim for damages because I was lying! It was a quite unbelievable customer service experience! I had no choice but to go through my insurance company (broker) and basically over the course of the next two or three months they turned into the most unhelpful and deceitful third party my broker had ever dealt with. In the end, despite complaints to the relevant authorities my broker came back to me and said there was nothing more they could do, and I should get the repairs done and sue them civilly. I have the evidence to prove they are lying and so my journey has begun on that route.
It's all very well when things go well, but when this sort of thing happens, you find out who the good guys are and you find out who the bad guys are, and these are in the latter for sure.
Whatever they reply, it’s BS, they’re a scumbag company ran by scumbag people who cannot face up to their responsibilities.

I have used Tudor Rose for over 10 years and they have always been superb. They always provide a perfect service. Awesome company.

Excellent. no issues. We parked our car with no issue and on arrival we rang them and within minutes the driver brought our car exactly how we gave it. it looked nice and clean would definitely use them again

Never trust the drivers and make sure you check your car before they leave.
The driver will make you sign for the paperwork and leave and will not check the car with you. If your car has been damaged they won’t take the claim and they will blame you.
Will never use this company and will not recommend it.

As a wheelchair user I was very worried about parking at Gatwick and having alot of luggage to get in and out of my van. However I'm so glad I chose Tudor Rose as the chauffeur was brilliant, helped me with all my baggage on both arrival and return. On the way back the van arrived on time, and in perfect condition.
Thanks so much guys, will definitely be using you again!

Brilliant meet and greet service! Polite staff were where they said they would be precisely when they said they would be there, for both the drop off and collection. For a £15 fee our Tesla battery was fully charged on site just prior to our return from holiday. Will have no hesitation to use again!

Really good service, stayed in Hookwood Lodge, attached to the parking the night before. Collected promptly at 4 30am by a very cheerful driver. Dropped at Gatwick and then car was brought to airport on return. I have used twice before easy to book, staff friendly. Good meal in pub the night before. Perfect
