went to vets4pets didn't even realise there was one there until looked online, but it not a bad small retail park

Lots of parking but dont go at peak times as exit gets rather congested

Good for a quick trip to the shops here but often has ques to get out of the car park as only one exit.

Avoid at peak times (4-6pm). Terrible design for traffic flow. One exit with very short lights controlling it, and cars queuing round to sainsburys to get out! Took over 20 minutes just to leave.

This is a good accessible location from the A63 and A1. There is adequate parking with 3hr limit and spaces during off peak times. Quite busy on a Saturday to leave the retail park.

Meh, it's a retail park, what can I say?
Does what it says on the tin. 7/10 Would shop again.
Does anyone actually read reviews of retail parks? If I started doing that, I would definitely take it as cue to reconsider my life choices.
The irony that I'm writing the review is not lost on me though.
