Today I felt the most disrespected visiting to your Zahia branch showroom
Your sales person (Mr Samy) spoke to me in a very rude manner....!!!!
This situation made me feel VERY BAD, but I controlled my emotion and made sure I keep my anger inside only....!!!
But I complained to the manager regarding the same but I feel there shall be no action to be taken seeing the attitude.
I feel totally sorry for such a big brand carrying such big attitude too...!!!!
Anyways I shall make sure that this was my last transaction with ZARA....!!!!
There are other brands too with the same or better quality AND BETTER STAFF WHO CAN AT LEAST RESPECT THEIR CUSTOMERS....!!!!

The items are good but the employees are always tried or lazy, a simple thing like exchanging a shirt size takes up to 20 minutes

Worst customers service ever. I pay ed through self checkout but there were no papers to print the receipt, when they filled the machine, they told me that they can’t provide me with a receipt! I asked for help from a couple of employees but they said they can’t help me?! However, they helped other customers around me. Then I complain again to Miss Maria & she says they’ll contact me, but even though they might be able to exchange the items but not refund.
How is zara working on a system that cannot provide customers with their receipts in such cases?!!! Later on, they contacted & said they’ll send a receipt on whatsapp, & nothing is received yet.

This will be raised to consumer rights. While I was standing there for 30 minutes waiting for my issue to be resolved, 4 customers paid & didn’t receive their receipts, & that was in-front of me only.

Probably, the biggest Zara outlet in Sharjah. The outlet is beautifully organised and have men, women and kids collection.

I Visited the zara zahia store oh my god the way staff is talking to you like they are so tired of their job not a helping hand only one Arabic bald guy in men section he was helping us with a smiling face and on cash counter there was one lady with glasses she was super rude…. i was feeling scared to talk to them as the way the were replying..

very bad service, I was looking for assistance and when I asked for help on the counter they told me to search for it, I told her I couldn't find anyone that's why I went to cash desk and the lady starting to yell and make faces. I spent huge money as I badly needed those clothes but really wanted to leave the place. Counters are another story staff feels like doesn't want to work or move at all as there's no greeting and seems like customers are bothering them or what, online shopping is way better than to interact with your staffs. I bought an original priced coat worth 499 and and he just put it together with other items untidy. Super bad experience.

The shop is not manged well during rush hours, only one girl that help ppl in men’s section, and only the cashier in women’s section opened!! Wait to pay for one item in a long queue.

The worst experience
Customer service below zero .
You will feel afraid to ask anyone to assist you. The whole store journey is like you are begging them to give you clothes for free or to ask them to pay it from there buckets.
And the cashier is another bad experience.
