Very bad experience with ecity al zaria city centre..I bought a laptop from them there was a manufacturer defect but they refused to exchange on 3rd day of purchase. They kept us waiting for 45 days to exchange after multiple visits and very bad attitude of the Filipino supervisor..her response was unsatisfactory Always.

Very bad. I dont recommend. I went there after add in newspaper for AC but when i ask them thwy said we dont have but you can visit Iban Batuta shop. What is tjis?

I would like to share my shopping experience in E- city special in al zahia city center branch, the staff there are very helpful, kind and always smiling, I asked then alot of questions and they didn't got irritated from me but they were very kind with me special the store manager Mr.bahaa, he is kind and professional with the full product knowledge

I got two phones from the shop and they gave me free inPods with each. they were very helpful and their service does deserve the 5 stars! they also perfectly applied the screen protector! thank you !

Thy are very bad service and thy just take the money with wrong items .
Clearly thy are unprofessional.... thy said some thing and hand over another items .. in the end thy said the person how sold the item not working in the shop its really bad and not acceptable.
