Excellent Sunday lunch today. Good value 3 courses £30. Very attentive staff. I was even able to swap the meat in the Sunday dinner with salmon.

Played here on the 27/3/22 under the winter offer and it was fantastic. I played the Belfry last month under a similar offer and Rockliffe was cheaper and a much better experience. All the staff that we spoke to were friendly and really helpful. The course was also in fantastic condition given the amount of rain that we've had. I will be back in the summer.

Lovely venue. Exceptional Sunday lunch including bubble and squeak for non meat eater. Great wheelchair access for the mother in law. Top class service and staff. Reasonable prices and an enjoyable experience

I'm a non-golf player & was invited here as part of a stag weekend.
The clubhouse facilities are amazing &, apart from three different staff members having to check our initial tea & coffee order, on the whole the staff are brilliant - especially Emily J who was quick & professional in sorting out a drinks query I had.
We had our brief from Kev (what a top bloke) & we were off.
I was put in charge of driving the buggy we hired & lifting the flag pole out of the hole (what a responsibility) & I absolutely loved the course - some parts were so peaceful all we could hear was the birds singing.
The half-way house was great for a quick freshen up & a drink, but unfortunately they didn't have any veggie/vegan pastries or non-dairy milk substitutes.
The other golfers were friendly & jolly, not at all what I thought they would be like, but it's the North East where everyone is friendly & jolly.
The views from the clubhouse are just amazing too & a great spot for a quick drink after a round of golf.
What could have been a boring trip was an absolute top day out & I'd love to return.

The course was magnificent and we’re having a great day, until a Marshall arrived in a buggy on the 16th stating we had lost two holes. I tried too explain that there was a one ball tee off in front of us and the 4 ball before him the starter had let tee off 10min early, So in fact we had not lost any holes. He would not listen and this was not a very nice experience. lovely day spoilt by misinformation. Bad show Rockcliffe

Lovely ambience and nice coffee. Friendly staff

However, we used to get biscuits with the coffee. Nowadays they never seem to have any. For a 5 star hotel and the price charged this isn't good enough.

A beautiful setting, the club house patio overlooked the course and the staff were extremely attentive, thank you to Tina who served this morning.
