It was clear when we booked that this is a basic site. But toilet and water, as promised, and not far from Oban. We had a lovely spot for our tent and everything we needed. My children loved playing with the friendly dogs. The views are amazing!

Despite the decent price, this campsite is not worth a stay. I am not sure how the owner can advertise this as a campsite when there is hardly any space for tents, only a gravel field with a small grassy space beyond the fence. There are no showers, no hot water, no washing up facilities, and the toilet was very small and only suitable for one person at a time. The owner is very rude and one of her 4 dogs attacked my friend. Would definitely NOT recommend this campsite!

Would not recommend. OK for single night stays on a budget but not an enjoyable stay.

Campsite is extremely small, space for maybe handful of standard tents, and even that’s a push. Plenty of space to park vehicles but very basic facilities with a single toilet for the whole site and no showers.

Owner has lots of dogs which bark at every visitor and poo everywhere, including where tents are pitched. Dogs bothered us a fair bit, we had to guard our dinner from them and one chased and bit our friend.

Overall, extremely basic and barely a campsite. However, a cheap nights stay if you’re willing to deal with the lack of space and the dogs.

What a gem, not easy to find down a single track road, but minutes from Oban. Basic but adequate amenities, but high on a hillside with stunning views. Friendly owner and dogs. Well recommended.

A basic site, really no more than a gravelled area where you can park overnight. There are no facilities or hook-ups and I would not recommend a tent here. The only redeeming feature is that it is cheaper than other camping sites in the area.

Horrible campsite, NOT FOR TENTS, arrives at site to put up tent, only to be greeted by a very rude lady and her 4 dogs running freely, all camping facilities are hard standing, unable to put any tent pegs into the floor! Would not recommend

Rude owner, never stayed as she put the phone down on me, I only called to ask about facilites/ showers, she said ' obviously not for £14' and so put the phone down....leave well alone!!

Great place. Very accommodating Owener, lovely views and a short distance from oban centre.
