If i had an option to select less than 1 star we would have given that, its not even a year since they installed a kitchen cabinet in one of our villas, and our Client used it for just 2 months as he was not available in UAE, and within that span of time most of the hinges and locks are all broken or hanging, there was a magic cabinet as they mentioned in their drawing which is now not even moving (this was their magic), we were following up with them via, phone, emails and all, whenever we email or call they will say next week, its been 3 months now until now not came. very bad after sales. never go with this people, it was a biggest mistake that we gave them the work, even the relationship with our Client is deteriorated due to this people.

Dear (Sir) My self Shaik Chand Basha This is to bring to your kind attention that i have still not received My payment for the period I had Worked 2018 to 2022 For The Company ( Al Saraya For Kitchen Works Factory LLC ) I Request You to Please release the payment as soon as possible,i have not yet received my Gratuity clearance. That includes my salary Deductions and /overtime wage/bonus/. I Had Request You Several Times On This Issue but You Didn't respond to Any Of them,Each Time Owing to this Lack Of Communication ,Although i believe in mutual cooperation It would be great if you Call me and.i can talk with you to discuss the matter. It would be great support from you.So that I can fulfill my Daughter Marriage Needs. I will be thankful to you.. I hope you’ll oblige my request

Very bad after sales service, even within warranty period they will not even look back to rectify their mistakes, we purchased a kitchen cabinet through a Contractor, everything they have done is a mess, from the beginning of their work to completion and right now the condition is worse, its not even an year, very bad quality materials were used and even when following up they will not respond, our Contractor is following up with them since 3 months and no response, go with other good suppliers, never choose like this people. when we gave them the design we were hoping for a dream kitchen and what we have now is a mess due to this peoples quality of work. don't recommend to anybody.

Worst kitchen contractor, never go with this people. irresponsible and no follow up response. go with good people who are responsible, these people will put bad quality material and will never respond to you after completion, they will just take your money under the promise that anything they will assist after completion also, but no, they will not even take your calls, especially Mr. Rashid, who was the responsible person at site.

NO RESPONSIBILITY, NO AFTER SALES, WORST WARRANTY SERVICE, THEY WILL NOT EVEN TAKE YOUR CALLS, PLEASE ATTEND YOUR CUSTOMERS AFTER SALES TOO, VERY BAD QUALITY AND RESPONSE, I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PEOPLE TO ANYBODY, GO WITH SOME GOOD KITCHEN CONTRACTORS.
