Very poor service, no team available for maintenance. Support staff is not cooperative at all. Bayan properties have labor camps in Umm Al Quwain new industrial area which were nicely build but due to poor staff and management everything ruined. You have to wait for months if there is maintenance requirement and if you are lucky then it will be done. I have 10 rooms for Labours but very unfortunate condition because toilets are broken , no water connections , no locks on doors etc.
Recommending to not go with them specially in umm al quwain new industrial area camps.
