It was my first time in this salon as I am from Dubai, however I found the staff 's very polite and professional.

They do have a variety of service for a gentlemans grooming and it is value for your money.

I highly recommend this Salon if you are looking for a reliable service if you are from umm al quwain or just passing by.

This review is purely for the restaurant as we didn't stay at the hotel. The food was absolutely gorgeous! Much nicer than you'd expect from any pub! They are dog friendly and they took great care of our dog! Gave him lots of attention, even though he was a bit noisy. They have a good selection of beers, wines and cocktails. Thoroughly recommended!

Have always liked The George, have visited over the years. Our first overnight stay, just great. The staff are all young, some learning the ropes, all so lovely, quirky senses of humour, all working so hard and can't do enough for you. You're great, keep going!! Great food etc too!

Lovely hotel with a great atmosphere and good food service. Everything is a little over salted (a Scottish tradition) but staff are great and food is very good quality and served promptly. Can't comment on the rooms as didn't stay there but have visited Inveraray before and always go to the George

The restaurant is so lovely and had such a "home cooked" feel to it. Definitely a great place to stop and enjoy a warm meal and cold drink.

Wow! Gorgeous hotel right on the water and on Main Street. The rooms are all decorated differently, in their own beautiful way to make it really special and memorable. The massive tub and updated bathrooms were a very nice surprise! Also the restaurant was delicious and perfectly located downstairs after a long day exploring.

Really nice room, my wife thought the furnishings were a bit tired, but very comfy bed, views of the Loch.
Dinner in the bar was great, lovely atmosphere, not a massive amount to do in Inveraray but great for one night stay.

Ate and had a few drinks in the George while visiting Inveraray. We hadn't booked a table for food but they were very accommodating and gave us a table for an hour. Decent choices on menu, we both had a generous portion of mussels and great desserts. Excellent service from our waitress and we also liked the decor in the restaurant which made it feel very cosy. Great atmosphere in the bar with great little nooks to sit in while sampling the fantastic range of whiskies.

Last time we stayed at the hotel was 7 years ago and it's nice to see things have stayed the same!
The hotel was clean, with a fresh lick of paint, amazing atmosphere in the bars with live music on Saturday, staff all very friendly and helpful and food quite simple but amazing! One of the best dog friendly stays in Scotland.Always looking forward to come back ????
