Customer service is non-existent. They don’t even deserve one star! The first time I came to collect an “instant cash” transfer (which had their address clearly mentioned) rather than providing a service, they tried to direct me to another branch in Umm Al Quwain. I had doubt, so called the head office who confirmed there is only one branch in UAQ!
I finally got the transfer, but I wasted more than an hour of my life as the staff seem to be completely ignorant of their own services. After this incident, I went to collect a second “instant cash” transfer. Again the staff were unhelpful, extremely rude and made excuses so as not to pay out the money, despite all details being the same as before.
I cannot comment on any other services they provide, but this is definitely the worst experience I have ever had at an exchange!

Very irresponsible service, I never expected this type of customer service, so friends next time you want to send money try al Ansari type of exchanges.

This is the pier where the CalMac ferry is berthed overnight. As such it is a functional, working pier. It does offer lovely vistas all round though.

It was blowing a gale when we visited which was great fun. If on Gigha go have a look, and on the way look out for the home bakery stand with honesty box. Nice homemade cake and biscuits worth stopping for

Lovely clear water. Usual working Pier stuff around rope lobster pots etc! Nice beach not far away with a coastle walk.
