To be honest this is one of the best in ADIB branchs, shahama branch , the branch manger which is MR. Sultan one of the best very kindly and helpful, friendly, supportive . Thank you so much ADIB , thanks u so much Mr Sultan for the unexpection service all the best ADIB

Very bad service , I visited Bank 3 times but not given any solution.
If here have any options for give 0 Star then I will give 0 Star for this branch service.
I submitted online application but rejected received message visit nearest branch then I visited to this branch but not got any solution and valid reason.

I believe that people’s rating is highly dependant on what hour of the day did they come. The later the hour is, the lower is the rating.
I came at the early hours. I had a dormant account that I wanted to reactivate, which still had my old expired passport, which had the spelling of my name change.
Finished everything within 26 minutes. Excellent service.

The slowest customer service ever. It took 1 hour for 3 customers!! Unfriendly staff too .
