Amazing staff with so much heart and caring mindset. It’s wonderful seeing our daughter get excited about going to Nursery. The teachers really make an effort to engage the kids and develop them in a very individualized way. The management is really committed to providing a safe, fun, and loving environment and we’re very thankful to the whole team at Sweet Baby Nursery.

حضانة جيدة جدا وطاقم الموظفين بها متعاونين ومستواها جيد جدا من ناحية التدريس والاهتمام وطريقة التعامل مع الاطفال ويعملون دوم اشياء حلوة ومختلفة للاطفال وأسعارها مناسبا نوعا ما وعندهم نشاطات مختلفة ويوجد بها كاميرات مراقبة مع برنامج عن طريق التلفون .

The best thing we did as a family was join this practice. My son has had some serious health issues, a congenital heart defect, Bowel problems and a plethora of other health issues related to having Downs Syndrome. I have found ALL the staff to be nothing but caring, conscientious and invested in the health and well-being of my entire family. Dr Tarzi continues to go above and beyond with our care and I always feel like he has a genuine interest to make sure we are travelling well. My family appreciates him and the whole team greatly :)

This practice needs closing down they do not follow up test results and the doctor is very rude and arrogant. My mom has now developed Cellulitis in both legs due to having a pressure sore on the inside of her toe. For the last four weeks she was ringing the surgery for results from swab to see if there was an infection and they said, Sandwell have not sent us nothing. Mom has still not received the results and is now on antibiotics for cellulitis that's infected, an infection untreated can cause cellulitis as the bacteria gets into broken skin , this would have been picked up from the test results that she still has not yet had back, guess what the GP has still not chased the results up. This is a very bad practice and needs safe guarding.

Horrible Dr and other staff, not even bothored the situation of patients. Dr do not even read the notes and adviced on phone, i told please read notes first, than he realised. they are accepting new patients. please avoid from this surgery. they just make money from NHS and do not care about patients.

Worst doctor they have ever had at this surgery. Hes arrogant, has no people skills and puts profits before people's health. He told me that everyone should work to pay taxes. So Lord help anyone who goes to him who's sick. He's stuck in the stone ages.He must have been fred flinstones doctor. I think He thinks that women are inferior. No bedside manner. I've zero confidence in Dr T.He's trying to stop my blood thinners and put me on something cheaper, even though the previous doctor told me that if i came off them I could have a stroke. He's an absolute disgrace!!!!. Am now changing to another surgery.????????????????☠

Rude doctor, told me i was too young to have a certain medical conditon. Told me my blood tests would take ages because its april. Moaned at me for going to A&E and getting a correct diagnosis for the condition he told me i couldnt have. Lied saying he never said that.

Just ignorant and rude.

Dr’s don’t get enough time to read about the patient, nor offer enough time to plan a path forward. Personally we like Dr. Tarzi and the surgery.

We need doctors when we got health issues but today my partnerdoctor advised him that him problem is not very important and he have to wait until Corona finish and then I can come back to gp to get checked '
I'm bit confused to get angry or upset . Shame on doctors like this.
