I'm very disappointed with the service, Their ATM literally swallowed cash i had withdrawn too fast. Then I went inside the bank and asked for assistance and they tell me that I have to call my bank in my country. I can understand the people there are only doing their job but I'm more frustrated with their ATM and the bank policy that someone paying AED66 withdrawal fee has to now go on a freaking treasure hunt to get their money back which they can just check the camera and proof of the transaction to solve the issue

My experience with the Yas Mall branch was a positive one. There was an issue with my account and Mr Ali Selim, the customer relationship officer, contacted me and helped me solve it. All the staff are friendly and professional.

The best branch i have ever dealt with out of all ADIB’s branched, very nice customer service, waiting times is reasonable.
And my guy there who I always go to Ali Selim he is always available and he will always try to help you to the best of his ability, one of the best bankers i have ever known.

Very bad experience with this bank. I am writing this comment while waiting for 45 min (and still counting) to be served.
Usually,in a normal bank, I would expect account can be opened in 10 minutes. Here however, I am still trying to open an account. This is my 5th visit, with first visit been more than a month ago
