Please ask for Mary when you visit here. She gave us a good exchange rate for our AED. Also she was very patient. Not sure about the rest of the staff...but Ms Mary is very helpful.Had a good experience.

I've been there to change money with my brother and sister. They didn't allow my brother to change his money when they saw his nationality ( Israeli ofc) they immediately change the way they look at us.
My brother didn't speak English so I took his defense and argue with them hard.
They were smiling.
I get it racist people.

2 days after I had to check in to my hotel, my passport was missing. I call them they have it.
Of course they had my room number, my phone number but they didn't use it.
Also when I came they told me my passport has been sent to the security office of the mall which way more far..
Arriving there the police officer told me this bank is know for their dramas and make problem with stupid rules.

I lost money, time and also they did an erasure with a pen inside the main page of my passport.
My passport has only 3 weeks so I immediately see it.

Stay away from this exchange, they are bad people.

I did a transaction on 13 may and payment has not been received. I dropped them 3 emails but there is no response. Not sure if someone is checking the emails. Pathetic service ????????

The worst branch I have visited. “I will never treat with al Ansari anymore”this is my regular sentence when I used them to send money, but no options in Yas mall,

Rude staff i cant imagine such exchange store they don't have change for 100AED i wish if there's menos stars I could give ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

I regularly come here to send money to my home country. Staff is professional and provides prompt service. The nice thing also is the convenience since it is inside the mall where you can go shopping after.

I transferred around 250USD to Spain to pay for a personal item, the employee (Pakistani nationality I think) was so paranoid about it and kept asking strange questions about the transfer!! .. 2 weeks later I received a call from the same branch asking for more info about a transfer I did a YEAR AGO!!! They treated the Entire situation as if it was a suspicious transaction as the employees apparently do not have the minimum IQ to distinguish between a normal 250$ transaction and an illegal transaction! Last time to use Al ansari for sure! And stay away unless you want to be treated like a criminal ????.
