Jazz Lounge Spa is a serene spa that provides a variety of services such as haircuts, beard trimming, facials, and massages. During my visit, I had the pleasure of receiving beard trimming and hair cutting services. The quality of the services was good, and I was very pleased with the results.

The service provider Imtiaz was professional and knowledgeable, providing excellent customer service. He listened carefully to my preferences and made sure that I was satisfied with the final outcome. The salon's equipment and facilities were clean and well-maintained, contributing to a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

The barbers do not follow specific instructions and cut hair in their own design and then try and justify how it looks great. The only competent barber that was at this branch had left. It was quite literally the worst haircut I’ve ever had in my entire life.

Disappointing Waxing Experience - Painful and Unprofessional

Review:
I have been a loyal customer at this spa for quite some time and have always had great experiences until my last visit. I came in for my usual waxing appointment, and unfortunately, it was far from the standard I've come to expect from this spa. Here's a summary of what went wrong:

Lack of experience with male waxing: It was evident that the staff member assigned to me had little to no experience waxing men. This lack of expertise caused me a great deal of discomfort and pain.

Unprofessional comments: During the session, the staff member expressed surprise that I was getting a wax and shared his own negative experience, stating that he had tried it once but never again due to the prolonged pain. This was not only a red flag but also highly unprofessional.

Incomplete procedure: The staff member had to stop one of the sections mid-procedure because he irritated my skin too much. This left me with a partially done wax, which was both frustrating and disappointing.

Lingering pain: Even four days after the appointment, I am still in pain and extremely uncomfortable. This is not the outcome I expected from a professional waxing service, especially considering that I have never experienced pain like this after previous visits to the spa.

In conclusion, I am deeply disappointed with my last visit to this spa. The lack of professionalism and expertise in male waxing has left me in pain and questioning whether I can trust them with future appointments. I hope that the spa takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues, as I would like to continue using their services in the future.

Been here for a manicure. It was my first time having one.
Jenny Lynn Garcia is the best, she got a customer for life ????
The setting is very good, very hygienic, relaxing and all in all perfect.

The place is new and perfect but I have 2 things that bother me.

1/ During the massage one staff entered the room to search for something and his sound was very loud this is not acceptable for me as a customer to bother me like that I paid for relaxation its not a free moment for you to enter and break my silence .. wait until I leave and then search.

2/ The massage guy needs improvement because he ignored many muscles and focuses on one the whole time.
