They cancelled my party at the last minute because the family of the owner was coming to Abu Dhabi, and wanted to use the boat. Most unprofessional service ever.

Then I saw on Instagram a video of a party in the same boat and time mine was going to be celebrated ????????

Very unprofessional! They canceled a reservation a few days before claiming that they had an emergency. Then we found out they rented the boat to somebody else. Completely unreliable.

Came for a short break and found this dog friendly establishment first rate.
The welcome was warm and friendly, cottage/flat very well laid out and spotlessly clean. Very airy and well decorated. Will be paying another vist in the near future. Really enjoyed my stay and recharged my tired old batteries.

Stayed here ahead of starting our Coast to Coast walk. Friendly welcome and the room was terrific (top floor, light and airy, large bathroom). Superb breakfast.

Loved this place! Very clean and tidy. Breakfast excellent. Home made preserves a plus! The room was lovely, but we could have done with one on lower level as our dog gets hot easily, but the owners weren't to know this. We would certainly go again.

When you step off the train in St Bees, you practically fall right into the place. Fantastic location, within a few steps of two places to eat. Carol was most welcoming, and the house is beautifully decorated. Most importantly, it's clean and comfortable. We had a pretty view of one of the gardens. Breakfast was wonderful in a bright, open dining room. If we return to St Bees, we'll stay here without hesitation.

Enjoyed stay in Milking Parlour.
Owner greeted us on arrival, did not bother us whilst we were there but was around should we have needed.
Lovely warm and clean cottage.

Beautiful cottage set in a tranquil location. Little home from home, had absolutely everything we needed. Loved the reclining sofa and chair, surprise bottle of wine and the beach and train station on our doorstep. Will be recommending to everyone. Thanks

On our last night of our 4 night break. We've had an amazing time, it's so quiet and relaxing away from the hubbub of everyday stress.

We're staying in The Milking Parlour which is perfect for us and our Westie. We have a lovely little courtyard outside with a gate so the dog can't escape.

Neutrally decorated throughout, wonderfully clean and tidy. The owners are so friendly and laid back, but genuinely interested in what we've been up to and really helpful in recommending places to visit or eat. They even gave us advice of a local vet as our pooch was poorly.

I would 100% stay here again for a break away from the stresses of life.
