Great place to live. Near the creek. Very nice view across and sunset. Have several nice restaurant such as Tiki, Ornina, Salt & Caramel, Man'oushe Street, Art House Cafe, Desert Lotus and also Spinneys and a nice mens saloon.
Hire a yacht or boat for a few hours and enjoys the sunsets while drinking favourite drinks.

A very reasonable place for the boat owner to park the boat,
No place for loading or offloading the boat though.

DANGER! SULTAN. Do not make a booking with this boat rental service. The marina will put you in touch with a man named "Sultan". He is extremely unprofessional and should not be offering this service. There are other rental services there that you may use that the marina are not partnered with.

This was an amazing area where all the aldar schools competed rafting. This is also used for festivals and worldwide water competitions. You can find many parked yachts and you maybe can rent one!
