ADCB branch in Abudhabi mall has the worst service ever.

From the guard who should be assisting the client in getting the token and the teller who are like not in the mood to accommodate the clients. ????u200d♀️ Hoping for an immediate actions towards their personality.

ADCB is a good bank but the one in Abu Dhabi Mall has the worst experience ever.
1st time I wait for more than 1 hours and the manager apologized.Today I came to the mall again and I wait also more than 45 minutes and I was the 2nd one who entered the brunch.
Not recommended at all.
Again ADCB is a good bank but not the one in Abu Dhabi Mall

Worst bank ever. All my transactions/services with them were a mess.

The last one was a disaster. I went to ask for a document, the costumer service person was talking to me and suddenly told me: my work time is over, my colleague will finish assisting you, but you have to wait until he signs up into the system, and left.

Terrible service, not professional at all.

Its so unfortunate for me when i visited the bank today some guy walked right ahead of me while i was the one who was going to be served next ...the guy was a local person could that be the reason i wondered.....????..mind you am pregnant 8 months they could all see i was soo upset whats the need of that security guy
....i blame the cashier for keeping quiet and also the security he dint even bother to ask the guest to excuse since i was next i just walked out and left will never go back to that branch

Very bad and rude staff her name dalia she refuse to submit my request and lying to customer is very bad thing unfortunately no manager to complain
