I visited this Branch today after a bad experience I had yesterday in another Brach. My interaction was with a lady named Nada Aldaqaq, she is pleasant, cooperative, and knowledgeable. She helped me do everything I wanted in a short period of time. I would definitely recommend her. Thank you so much!!

Actually I visited this Branch this week couple of times to finish a transaction for me , The lady called Danica handled my application in a very cooperative and professional way .

Not happy with the staff who are not efficient and productive! I provided my ID in branch a month ago. Now I’m abroad I find my account blacked and not being able to access my account because the staff haven’t yet updated the system. I called about this on Friday now it’s Wednesday and they still haven’t fixed the issue.
