The staff in this branch are kind and helpful, especially Mr. Abdullah Al Hammadi. They are far better trained and more service-oriented than other Al Hilal branches.

I wanted to open a bank account, because it is compatible with garmin pay, however after waiting for 20-30 minutes in order to meet with one of the customer service personnel, an issue happened where he told me it will take few days for your bank account to be opened and when it does they will call me so that I come back and continue the process , however I have been waiting for a week now and still received no call. Maybe I will receive one in the following days, but this delay is simply unjustified.

I’m a new customer with Alhilal bank, nevertheless my new experience with this bank is awful, starting with lies and ending with nowhere. Customer services can not do their job professionally and they are not up to the challenge of their own system and protocol. I highly recommend any person NoT go through my experience. The slogan should say most important is the Al Hilal bank.
