We hired them for a company event. We had a contract with them with 8 sections.
All 8 sections of the contract were not fulfilled.
DEFINITELY NOT recommended if you don't want an embarrassing event.
1. No samples were delivered as promised
2. Schedule of installation was not as promised and some items were installed while the guests were arriving.
3. All what we got as decoration was dirty flowers, broken vases and rusty stands
4. We had to cancel our ribbon cutting ceremony because the ribbon they installed was so embarrassing and not as agreed upon
5. We had to run to near by shops and buy flowers ourselves and replace some of the vases as a last minute rescue attempt

After raising the issue with management, the next day (which was a day AFTER our event) we were delivered a strange looking ring of balloons and 1500 DISCOUNT as a COURTESY from them!!

My friend had an important event that I was supporting her with, they used the service of Al Afrah and I can say it was very bad service.
We booked for chocolate, balloons, artificial flowers and the whole lot, the final product was with very poor quality.
They were supposed to bring samples but they didn’t and the didn’t the arrangements late that guests already started to arrive.
Chocolate were rapped poorly as if it was rapped by a child.
Balloons were arranged very cheaply and not professionally.
Vases we received were dirty and with chipped glass.
Flowers condition was very bad and dirty.
Metal stands were rusty and old.
Overall we were very disappointed.
Definitely last time to deal with them and will not recommend them at all.

Balloons Arc was not fixed properly /messy. flowers with remaining cut ribbons which displayed, dusty flowers. ????

Amazing chocolat taste,the customer service is great too they do have great options of chocolate and fresh flowers too
