This is second worst experience from this particular station. I didn't wanted to visit there but due to some time constraints I have to. Later I have to drive 6 kms further to ADNOC station at M3 for washing.
ADNOC please educate your staff to behave properly, we all do work for living but giving excuses for that is very bad.

Went for Cylinder refill and per them wait for 2 hours as loading is taking place. There’s nowhere to mentioned about their loading time neither it should be done at normal afternoon time!!!

2) I was directed to the service personnel in the car wash section. I told my intention to return the full cylinders and get the deposit back. I told him that I expect AED 236 per cylinder as I gave that amount per cylinder as deposit, while I took it.
3) He said he can provide only AED 100 per cylinder as that is the policy. I challenged it as I was told its the deposit, which would be reimbursed when I return it.
4) He took me to another service personnel and this time this guy said AED 90 per cylinder.
5) I challenged this and insisted to see the Supervisor in charge.
6) Here comes the Supervisor, with a new version of argument. According to him, Adnoc is taking AED 236 per cylinder as the price for the cylinder, which will never be returned. He also asked for the receipt. I told him that I got the 1st cylinder 4 yrs back and I dont remember, whether I received the receipt at that time or not. I took the 2nd cylinder between Jan to March,2021 and this time I insisted for the receipt but the attendent told me that its not required and while I return the cylinder, I would get the AED 236, without any receipt.
7) I asked the Supervisor whats the return policy of Adnoc for LPG cylinders as these are pressurised cylinders which are dangerous, if you leave it carelessly. He said he is not sure about it and he will discuss it with his colleague and revert.
8) I waited for 15 minutes and he returned with the below statement:
a) With receipt , Adnoc will give 50% of the deposit amount; while returning the cylinder.
b) Without receipt, Adnoc would give ONLY 30% of the deposit amount.
9) I asked him, if this is the policy why the attendents are not giving the receipt at the time of purchase, why they are giving the false statement that the deposit would be returned in full upon return of the cylinder. He doesn't have a proper answer for my queries but a SORRY , which has no value.
10) Want to remind every one about this day light cheating either by Adnoc distribution or its employees . Be cautious ....
