Quick bite within budget
I was about to give 1 star rating because of the waiting time but the Sandwich was actually nice

I have tried the sandwich 3 more times and the taste is still good. Changing my rating to 5 stars

It is located 350m from our office at Adnoc Petrol Station Near Dalma Mall , they opened this new branch in june , when they theri deliveries on time they are taking care of customer , tea was very good , then suddenly from last 2 or 3 months they started to dely in deliveries, tea taste changed when we asked they told us this new type of tea people liked most , now they are taking one hour for delivering within 350 m , that happened 2 times one hour for food delivery from 350m distance is not acceptable so becareful if u want a cup of tea it will may be deliver when ur mode changed
