Good toiletries provided. And sufficient.
Tea coffee station.

Food court near by.

Would be nice to access the smoking area and bar in the lounge but that is cheeky!

Positive: The room was amazing clean and amenities new. The shower pressure was wonderful and very modern. Comparable if not better than other similarly priced regular hotels. I would definitely stay here again in the case of a long layover. Negative: The front desk staff was a little curt and could have been kinder, considering theyÂ¿re dealing with frazzled travelers.

Very well worth it, only complaint was that there should be an expedited queue for people who booked online.

I recommend going thru Expedia or another site that allows for more than a six hour stay, if that’s what you require.

Quality shower.

Found a room last minute after Etihad abandoned 4 flights worth of passengers that were delayed by 24h. The bed was the most heavenly in any hotel we have stayed. Need to find out which brand they use in their hotel here.

You can catch some sleep inside the convenience of airport itself before next connecting flight or having an extended layover.

Absolute life saver. So happy I decided to book a room for our long layover. Was able to get some much needed sleep take a shower and relax a bit before continuing our long journey home. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, we were even provided with thing like toothbrush and toothpaste, a comb, razor for shaving and all the other normal things you would expect. Check in and check out were super fast so we were able to get in and out with no issues. If you have a long layover here I highly recommend getting a room.

The hotel is very comfortable and the location is amazing. We were able to wake up 10 mins before boarding and walk straight to the gate (since it's past security). But this is also the hotel's weakness since getting through Abu Dhabi airport security many hours before your flight is difficult. They don't accept digital boarding passes so you must go to a check in counter with a human, which isn't always possible if your airline doesn't have a flight in the next few hours. Beware of this in case you're flying low cost airlines like Wizz which in our case didn't open a gate until 1am.
Besides for that issue 5/5 would recommend.

13hrs layover in Abu Dhabi, just about perfect place to crash. Nice cold rooms & a warm shower. Perfect
