Horrible flight experience. They allowed an Indian couple to recline their seats all the way into the bones of my knees, when I complained. They said it's their right. Never again flying with this trash airlines.

Such bad service all around. No one answers the phone. You cannot find them in the office, and even the international "help" line does nothing but ask for your phone number. To top it off, I am trying to reach them to no avail because they changed my flights without even telling me into a new date!
