Scammers today i arrived to abu Dhabi airport and i asked for the 10 gb package for 139 aed. When i reached my hotel i found out that they only activated 6 gb for 99 aed. Now i don't have any use for the 40 aed remaining and i'm calling the call center with no solution they refused to send back the remaining money to my credit card. Worst experience ever i don't recommend dealing with them.

Worst du location ever. There is a guy, I wish you never have customers in front because he needs 30-45mins to help only one person.

I chose to switch my internet to Du, the AED 299 package to save some money. Worst decision ever! The connection is slow, keeps dropping and we have to keep calling customer service to reset the router at least once a week.

Worst services ever. I ported my number to du and the very next day the services on my du number were stopped without any reason. When i contacted customer care, they asked me to go to the du centre again. Such a waste of time.

The shop keeper seemed helpful and polite. I got a tourist sim card for 109AED which gave me 6GB data and 60 calling minutes. He said I didn't have to do anything as he had activated the package for me. This wasn't the case. I had to go back to another DU shop for them to resolve my issue. Wasted 1 hour of mine.
