Absolutely terrible service as usual from this company, I’m local ( about 3 streets away) have booked these on a few occasions and they have always been late. Feel sorry for the drivers as they are top blokes and always apologising for the office. Booked well in advance and was still late. Just excuse after excuse.

Since being taken over by nearby taxis this company is a shambles, taxi booked on a Sunday night for 6:45 Monday morning to go to work, turned up at 7:10, ...late for work, well just lost a good customer never use these again, sorry to any Birtley lads still driving for them

Excellent service from Newtown Taxi, first time booking with them and will definitely use them again. Taxi arrived on time for both journeys and the staff were great, from booking to being dropped off back home. Thanks again for a great service

Waste of space. Pre booked taxi, didn’t show, no communication, rang twice and was hung up on once. Won’t use again

Great service, they text when on the way and what car is waiting outside for me when they arrive. Driver is polite and friendly.
