Friendly place, good scrubbing (thank you Tessy) and good couple massage (thank you Nene and Rose). Room for massage was a bit dated, but massage was efficient, we felt relaxed. I will come back.

For a 5 star hotel, they really have the worst service or rules. We did not have any time to get to an atm before our appointment under the circumstances and they would not accept to start our massage service without payment first. I offered to leave my wife, my phone and my ID card and promised to go to the atm and do payment after but they had refused. I don’t understand why this was not possible no matter how many times I tried to explain. The spa is apparently run by some madam who set these stupid rules. This is UAE, not another country, all hotels would have been more accommodating.

I think they had the best Masseuse in Abu Dhabi, price is reasonable with good service provided. Staff is friendly and helpful.
