Worst service and poor management including the call center. we have ever encountered especially in Abu Dhabi region. I will not recommend people to buy al ain water. I had to beg for water as they failed to deliver water on time. I had to wait for more than 10 days and had to buy water from local grocery. I opened the case through call center, however with delivering the water they closed the case. Do not trust this management, they are highly unprofessional.

Poor delivery. Chasing them for 2 weeks for delivery in Ramadan. They always say water will be delivered today but never really delivers. Not recomended at all.

Extremely unprofessional service, no customer support whatsoever.
One cannot hope that they’ll stick to schedule, ever.
I have a standing weekly order in the app that was NEVER delivered on requested day (every Sunday), not even once in 5 months.
I constantly have to call and follow up, supervisor called me once and assured me this is the last time and it won’t happen ever again - until I encountered the same story very next, and every single Sunday till now.
The app itself seems to be irrelevant as the water is delivered at the convenience of a delivery man.
It’s a shame that such a good water has so many negative reviews purely due to extremely poor customer service&delivery.

Delivery is never consistent.
3 weeks won't delivery sometime.

I would suggest not choosing this.

Great water, worst management we have ever encountered.

We have put Sunday as our preferred delivery date and never ever has our water been delivered on Sundays without going through the hassle of calling them and arguing about it. So you literally need to call the delivery guy on Wednesdays to beg for your water delivery.

Countless numbers of calls, false management's promises and nothing has changed by this day.

We have requested someone to pick the bottles up as we are glad to move to another provider who'll be happy to get new customers.

Been waiting for 9 days for bottles collection.

Highly unprofessional.

Very poor management. Not deserve even one star.
I paid but didn't received water. Because delivery boy not in good mood and management didn't care of their customers.
I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO BUY AL AIN WATER. Water good, but service super bad!
