Located on the third floor of the new Galleria extension in what is called the central kitchen, rather than a food court .
Al Areesh is a Lebanese restaurant located in the "Library area" which is a really pleasant seating area.
The menu is quite varied and there is a Shawarma skewer up front.
The food presentation was very interesting and generous, however the grilled meat could have been a bit better seasoned ...
As I only had one dish accompanied by a small hummus and garlic cream, I will reserve my final judgement once I've had a chance to taste some more items .
The location is lovely...

This is a review about العريش restaurant/ food court at Galleria mall in Abu Dhabi.
The worst management I have ever come across in the food industry.
I ordered then 1 min later I went back to change one item as I realised that it would be too much for me.
The lady on the till she said it is fine but then the manager who is called Muhsen caught her and asked her about me, so he said to her to go back and tell her no.
I was standing and I heard the conversation so I approached him nicely but he was so stubborn and he said no. I have never seen poor management like this. I told him that the most important thing in any business is customer satisfaction and yet he did not care at all!!!!!!!!!
I am really shocked as usually mangers makes a difference when it comes to a customer satisfaction.
The Shawerma and arayas were not tasty at all.
The food not nice too.

The order was rice, fattouch, Jannah juice & shish tawooq.

1- Rice & fattouch: were smaller than their prices.
2- The juice: was fine.
3- The tawooq: was chewy, not edible. Usually this is made of chicken breast, but this didn’t seem like it. The veggies that came with it were clean and super fresh though

I thought it would be good for diet people. guess not.

This restaurant should be called a restaurant even, worst food, worst service in Abu Dhabi ! Ordered one shawerma waited 20 minutes then this only one shawerma wasn’t as requested by the order! The quality of food is very very bad it’s hard to imagine even from where they get their meat or chicken ! NOT RECOMMENDED at ALL

While I still do enjoy the waraq 3nab I have to wait up to 40 mins just to get it along side tabouleh the service is simply none existent and if it continues like this it is only a matter of time before this restaurant gets closed I do not recommend this restaurant at all save your money and Most importantly time and eat somewhere else
