We have been visiting this coffee shop with my husband and all our friends since the very appearance of this coffee shop in Gallery Mall. Here they prepare the most delicious coffee in the city! The best baristas are here! There are a lot of Arabica coffee shops in the UAE, but here the quality and service are the best!

I adore the hospitality of the staff of % Arabica here in Galleria Mall. 2 Kabayan are very friendly and approaches their customers well. They recommend something for you to choose what suits your taste. Price is quite higher other than other coffee shops. But, I highly recommend. Must try and taste their coffees.

I recently visited Arabica Coffee Shop with high expectations, drawn in by the positive buzz surrounding their coffee. While the taste of their coffee lived up to the hype, I couldn't help but feel disappointed by the seating area, which resembled more of a school cafeteria than a cozy coffee shop.

As an employee, it would be more convenient if the store was near the offices (in the old galleria) not in the new one. I have noticed that the majority of the customers in the morning are employees. My friends and I come everyday and i would recommend moving it where Sprungli was as i heard there are plans for it to move. :)

A simple branch of % Arabica with a good ambience for refreshing coffee. They spanish latte and cafe latte are intensely aromatic and balanced structure served in a satisfying finish. Worth a try to get refreshed after a long day!

Very dissatisfied.
I love Arabica in general, tried it at Yas mall the other day and loved it!
But yesterday, I asked for an iced latte with sugar syrup (i like it a little sweet)
And they told me to order another type of coffee, spanich latte or something, so I was like no I just want the iced latte with a bit of sugar syrup. They told me to order Kyoto latte. I asked again for a normal iced latte with serup and they literally told me I have to try the Kyoto one. They said it's similar so I agreed to try it
Although I really really wanted my iced latte with sugar syrup.
So I got the kyoto one and I didn't like it :(
It is just annoying to ask for a specific drink many times and they keep telling me to try other drinks instead

I had an iced spanish latte and it is refreshing this summer. The place is nice and quiet. A perfect place to spend your afternoon in the Galleria Mall.
