Spiced Fried Rice with meat.

Quite a substantial meal.

Simple and straight to the point when it comes to your hunger for some Asian taste in the middle of a mall.

I would highly encourage the to open up the restaurant in a calmer environment either than a food court.

They would certainly compete with other good ones if they did.

However, their food is good and I see great potential for a competitive Asian restaurant.

I’d like to share that urban wok is one of our favourite options for lunch when working in ADGM square - food is prepared fresh and quick. My favourite dish is the chili minced basil chicken with rice. Lunchtime was exceptionally busy today and a very popular drink - the pineapple and coconut smoothie was not available because the prepared stock had run out and making new ones would take time. The staff saw our disappointment and surprised us with taking the time to prepare 3 fresh smoothies just for us. It completely made our day and was a great refreshment after the meal! Thank you to the gentleman behind this!

It was my first time and I had a very bad experience with the food. Staff wasn’t even ready to help at all. I left very unsatisfied with the service. Didn’t even bother to replace or compensate anything. What kind of Thai experience is this? Very discourteous will definitely not eat there again!

I went with my Family to dine in at this Restaurant which is situated in the food court of the Galleria Mall. To my surprise food was very good. Special mention for Joseph as he was very helpful and helped me to choose the best sellers from the Menu.

Usually if a restaurant opens in a food court, you would be forgiven into expecting a bit of a lower quality — not for the restaurants in Phase 2 Galleria’s food court though. Definitely Urban Wok offers one of the best noodles I have ever had. The portion is big too. Too big I thought there’s no way I would finish it. Yet, too delicious I somehow miraculously did! Absolutely pleasant experience. Keep it up!

Experience one of worst customer service. My wife put the order in waited for 30 mins. When she went to check on her order and found out they cancelled it 20 mins prior without telling her due some issue in the kitchen.

The staff shockingly rude and choose let wait us for nothing. This tell me the management are terrible selecting rude and incompetent staff, treating their customers paying disrespectfully.
