Poor customer service, rude and offensive behavior of order handling staff, staffs are not hygienic , I will not visit again and not recommending to others as well

The building is superbly renovated, and the museum has an amazing array of exhibits. There's art, history and artefacts a plenty. Plus very friendly volunteer staff, a nice café and well laid out and explained exhibits. Recommended.

Absolutely delightful venue...amazing staff and just so a great place..gotta go back again just to visit the museum

I spent a couple of hours here looking at the natural history section more specifically although the people I was with were very impressed with the other section. Kevani was very impressive. The shop was rather disappointing but the exhibitions were great. Especially loved walking over the roman mosaics.

Super cafe and the exhibitions are extremely interesting! I brought five kids aged 11 to 1, and there was plenty to do. We will be returning!

We spent a good couple of hours here. There was so much to see and we found the ancient/pre-historic exhibits particularly fascinating. There was easy access for the pushchair and good changing facilities for our 18 month old. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and engaging.

Excellent cafe at the newly refurbished Dorset Museum. Varied vegetarian / vegan options outnumbering meat dishes. Good coffee and friendly staff. Wheelchair/ mobility scooter accessible but busy at lunch time. Recommended.

I hadn't been here before today recent £12million (?) Improvements but wow, it certainly is a very impressive museum now. There is everything from prehistoric to modern, with fascinating and often interactive exhibits. There are still more exhibits being prepared for display, so will vary each time you visit. We bought annual passes and will be back soon!
