My flight was delayed for 3 hours, employee said I had to take the flight if I want to get the compensation and reassured me that the delay counts on the departure not the arrival.

I took a flight (even I had no chance to make it for my connecting flight) and now easyjet says that my flight wasn't delayed for 3 hours as we arrived earlier.

Awful company. In case you have any other choice - don’t chose EasyJet.
They are rude, greedy, incompetent, expensive as for their service. Flight was delayed with no reason and no excuse (Madrid-Lisboa). Information on the Departure board was changing each 5 minutes. All other flights to Lisbon (other companies) took off in time.

The flight was 3 hrs delayed but other than that i had a great experience. The plane was basic but clean. I didn’t pay for a carry on but just took a backpack that was on the bigger side and it wasn’t an issue. Overall, great experience

Return flight from Amsterdam, was told I might not have a seat as they had oversold the plane, then was told I should have checked in online (I had to check a bag anyway) so this wouldn't happen, not sure I follow the logic of this, if everyone checked online there still wouldn't be enough seats.
I did get a seat at the gate luckily but it was a stressful 2 hours waiting to find out.
I don't think this practice is professional, if the full number of seats have been sold, then it isn't right to sell additional, just plain profiteering over customer service.
It also isn't right to blame the customer on check in, if you have paid for a seat & arrive on time, you should expect to fly.
Next booking will be with another operator.

Poorly service. I experienced two times in 10 days delay before takeoff because of not available slots. The officer claimed both times that the airport is not giving the clearance to go. Such a thing I’d never experienced with other airliner and it seems to happen often with easy jet. In other words , low cost flights means highly likely to delays...
