Luggage didn't arrive, nobody about to help. Eventually a policeman helped get us to a swissport person. They eventually gave us a form to fill in, but we were left feeling like we were nothing but an inconvenience. The process wasn't really explained to us. We were left guessing and it took 5 days for the luggage to arrive with no explanation as to why or any other details. All in all a terrible experience.

Never have I came across staff with such lack of compassion. I was travelling with my brother that they (3 of them) could clearly see was disabled as he hobbled down the stairs. Granted, we were a few minutes late but this was because we were trying to get special assistance that never came.
Kyle however showed the most ignorant, deplorable service I have ever experienced with such lack of compassion and his 2 colleagues were no better. People like this should not be doing this type of job.

On the other hand, Ian from Swissport was exceptional at helping the other girl that missed flight who was crying. You need more Ian’s but definitely less Kyle’s and co. They just walked past the young girl that was Cleary inconsolable like she was a piece of dirt. How heartless.

They released my suitcase to a Eagle Aviation couriers who won’t deliver it. Swiss port don’t answer phones and their mailbox is full so you can’t leave a message. Glasgow Airport needs new companies to deal with luggage as these are a disgrace.

We arrived off a flight which was delayed and didn’t arrive until 2am with a 6 month old baby. We had left our buggy on the conveyor by mistake. When I approached the member of staff from Swissport for help as instructed by security he was extremely rude and said ‘well I can’t help I’m busy setting up a flight’. From there he was even more reluctant to help, eventually he gave me a number to call in the morning and took a description of the pram on a scrap of paper. I phoned the number the next morning only to be told that this number is totally irrelevant for my issue. All numbers online are not answered so we are left with no recourse. Deplorable service

This company is running an absolute shitshow at Glasgow Airport!!!! Very rude,unhelpful people who spend their time huddled together chatting. When I eventually did get my case it was left out the backdoor in the rain ,there was no card or message to say it had been delivered. If I didn't give them a star I couldn't write this review ????u200d♀️

Shambolic doesnt begin to describe this lot.....wow. pathetic to the extreme....and it gets worse........having given me our wrong information on Saturday...they then followed up by giving me even more wrong information on the Sunday!!! Bags expected in Aberdeen sometime and I do mean sometime on Tuesday!!!! Not bad haveing left Phoenix at 1100 on Friday morning

Handed delivery of items off to thx. Put a card through door without even ringing bell. Literally useless, suspect the card a scam to meet one day delivery sla. Should be ashamed of their processes.

Arrived from Stansted Airport at 18.38pm and still waiting on luggage coming of plane and it is now 19.30pm and on sign of the luggage yet
