Yesterday I picked up my new used car from Ian, I absolutely love it great customer service! Thank you!! I’m a little bit disappointed though I feel like they didn’t care about the car! ???? on the last mot it said two back tires where close to legal limit the mot they had just done before me picking the car up it passed with nothing so I thought they “would” of changed them, clearly not so I’ve just brought a new car with two dodgy back tires ???? also I feel like the cleaning side was absolutely shocking and just a 5 min job, there was mud all up near the wheel arch cobwebs all in the alloys and stains all over the leather seats ???? I’m not sure if this is just me being fussy but when picking up a new car I’d expect it to be deep cleaned so the customers are happy with what they have just brought. Overall it was nice and felt welcomed just the odd bits that need to improve in my eyes ????

Very pleased with my experience at Great Central Vauxhall. Popped in to look at a couple of vehicles we had seen online and was greeted by Lewis who was very helpful and arranged a test drive. I sat down and discussed a deal for part exchanging my car against my chosen vehicle and there was no hard sell it was all very relaxed and very positive. Agreed on a price and now I have my new car I am very pleased with it. Thank you to Chris and his friendly team at Great Central especially Lewis who looked after us in a friendly and professional manner.

Dissapointed to pay over 200 for a basic service today to then be advised the car needed it's front brakes replacing. The service did not include checking the back brakes???

My daughter was delighted to have such a lovely little car after passing her test. The car did not come cheap at 9000 so surely you would not expect to have work done 7 months on.. she is mow reluctant to drive it.

Would no longer recommend this dealer- overpriced and only interested in making much profit despite customer lotalty which is poor considering it did have a good reputation. I would suggest you spend your hard earned money elsewhere. :(

Always a pleasure to buy my cars from the Vauxhall dealerships. I like the professional and friendly approach, not at all intimidating which is especially important from a females point of view when buying a car. The car is rather grand as well.

We were told it will be a week to fix my car. I hired another car for extra day in case there’s a delay. I didn’t get a call so I chased and receptionist said she will get someone to call me back. Never did get a call back. Had to chase again only to be told that it will be after Christmas. After Christmas still no car. 7 weeks we had to wait and they have the audacity to say we would have been informed that they will let us know once the part becomes available. WHAT IF IT TAKES A YEAR FOR THE PART TO BECOME AVAILABLE, WHAT THEN? WE JUST CONTINUE TO WAIT?!!! We don’t deserve to be informed of what is going on? It is also beneath the garage to chase parts. You have to do it yourself???? they are happy to charge you a premium for a parts you have to chase yourself. You don’t deserve an explanation or an apology because according to them, you just have to wait! Lesson learnt! Def never having another Vauxhall or use this garage again!

This was my first time buying a car via distant sale (remotely) as when I found the perfect 1.6t Astra I wanted on AutoTrader, I was also in the process of travelling for work (but needed a car so couldn't wait).

Having contacted the dealer about the car, James Hammond helped answer questions, send me videos of the car, go through all my questions/concerns with patience (I had a lot of questions being the first time buying a car having not actually been to see it first...).

On delivery of the car, it was immediately clear that James had been very transparent with everything he'd told me and, whilst there were a couple of concerns I had around the car, those concerns had been addressed/dealt with and wouldn't be problems.

It's true that buying a used car via a dealer such as these may be a little pricier but in my case, it was absolutely worth it for the service and confidence this gave me.

Had the car a week now and couldn't be happier. Whilst I don't live nearby so had never physically met James to thank him in person, the next time I want a new car/upgrade I may have to give him a call anyway! :)

Highly recommend! LEWIS went above and beyond to make everything go smoothly! Car was delivered on time. This was the fastest and easiest car purchase I have ever experienced.
