Joined Plean Street years ago following a terrible experience with my old dentist and I have never been happier! They are such lovely people and nothing is too much trouble. I’ve also registered my 2 year old daughter here and she loves going and getting a sticker (and a new toothbrush of all things????) which is amazing as it means as she gets older she won’t be afraid to go because this practice is so child friendly!

Recently became a patient at Plean Street and couldn’t be happier with the service from the Dentist, Dental Nurse & Receptionist. Everything was clearly explained and quotes provided for treatment.
The receptionist, Lori, was particularly exceptional. She went above and beyond to entertain my little boy & keep his mind off the ‘scary dentist’. Thank you.

Only been in for 2 check ups (one of which required a filling) but everything has been great so far. Like the fact music is played in the room as it settles the nerves a bit. Always sat in silence with my last dentist! Staff are friendly and approachable.

Been going to Plean Street now for ten years. All staff are very welcoming and put you at ease. Always explain each step of the procedure so you know exactly what is being done. 5 star service

Been going to this dentist ,few years now ,& always made to feel at ease ,from reception to my dentist sam ,who is wonderful.☺️

Phoned today as both my appointment and my sons where cancelled for what ever reason leaving us both without dental care for months.
I was left with a crumbling filling that needed root canal treatment for 3 months due to this.
Lady who answered pgone was rude and very condeseding.
When speaking about complaint she mocked she was the manager and it would go to her anyway.

Very diappointed. I had an appointment and when I arrived I was told it was cancelled although I was not given any notice of this cancellation. The lady did not even apologise for this mistake.

I made the appointment in person and sent a confirmation message and yet they decided to cancel my appointment without even letting me know.

Great service from treatment room 1
Martin and Elaine were great. Martin had the time to explain to me the examination findings and history. He told me the differential diagnosis and recommended for me the next step and gave me written information. 5 star service ????????
