Good location. Easy to access. Good variety and size and design for apartments and villas. Good variety of facilities and services, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, cafes, mosque, laundry . play grounds and more.

Cosy, comfortable palm tree-lined housing community. Desert living area at its very best. The fact that it is served by a regular bus service to downtown Abu Dhabi is a definite plus!

Good and refreshing location... feels like we are outside somewhere in europe... outlet inside are little expensive.. but the ambiance is great...

Organized community. You can find a beautiful villa within your range, but definitely price will be bit higher side but worth spending.
