The staff really nice but the coffee is not nice at all every time even if I returned it its not getting better i hope to improve the coffee taste cause its no seems like the taste in other branches.

I am extremely disappointed I made a order on the Starbucks app and I didn’t realize it was only for pickup so I called and they said for me to come to the store and get a refund and this is possible for the next 7 days so I did exactly that but when I went they said they couldn't refund me and could only get me 1 drink but I spent more than 100 dirhams this is disgusting behavior I expected better than this
I had to wait 30 minutes just for them to say that they couldn’t give me my order it is not the employees fault but their manager giving these dumb excuses on why they can’t give me refund.

I love this particular branch in Al Reef as it fits my idea of a community Cafe. The staff are super friendly, very courteous and so lovely with kids. I'll never forget how one of the kind staff helped my little daughter when we spilled hot coffee on her accidentally. It wasn't serious as the coffee wasn't very hot then but the care they showed was so touching. Everytime I visit this particular Starbucks I'm greeted with a smiling staff. You know you're welcomed. I wish they let us tip the staff as they're really so good. It would be lovely to tip them as a thank you for their service.

Starbucks is amazing everywhere...but what makes this one stand out is the service and its people!!! Amazing and kind!! Super friendly..big shout out to Lee and his team in the morning for always putting a smile on our faces and making our day!

Highly recommend this starbucks, especially the things they do that make all the difference, by keeping the coffee hot in special lids...bringing your coffee to your car when you're running late and no time to park!! Keep up the amazing service guys!!
