My family and I are not able to enjoy hot donuts at 7-9pm time slot. Since the 1st month of business Krispy Kreme hasn't service as advertised to serve Hot donut from 7-9pm. Plz address this problem Krispy Kreme. See pic for prove and this is every night!! This picture was taken 7:52pm 18 July 23

Newly opened Krispy Kreme located in Downtown Al Reef.
This is one of the nicest places to sit and enjoy coffee with your doughnuts. Spacious seating area. Look out for the red light which means their baking fresh doughnuts. Absolutely love original glazed doughnuts. Friendly and polite staff. Parking space is available. Wheelchair accessible.

Nice place going to come daily for donut
Staff was really nice and funny don’t know what people were complaining about and the donuts and coffee are top tier, definitely recommend to early wakers who want something quick to start the day and get them energized.
Staff are also very helpful

Disappointed to know that they don't serve hot glazed( freshly made) anymore at the advertised time slots.
