Never open at 8AM (as they should be according to their Google page), it's 8:40AM now and there's still no sign of them opening. The staff constantly without their masks in the store, navigating aisles and fulfilling orders with no mask on while customers are in the store - unacceptable considering the current situation.

The worst super market in Abu Dhabi seriously. Takes time to deliver, staff are so slow (try to increase the number of staff), customers can’t wait 1 hr to receive their staff. Most of the stuff are expired.

The cashier is sooo rude!!! Almost every food and drink is expired. AND DOESNT ANSWER IVE BEEN CALLING FOR 1 HR. Very bad service, hoping for management to take action on this.

Selling gone off food. They said their freezers stopped working, but still sold meat that has gone bad.

The best supermarket in al reem. we can buy toys for kids and faster delivery and good quality staff
