Not happy with this bank at all! On the website said it was open on a Saturday, it wasn't! Wasted my time and petrol! I can't get into town until 4pm as I work from 8am to 4pm so it's about time this bank opens until 4pm to accommodate people who work normal hours and not part time. Sort it out VIRGIN!

Not at all happy with my bank every time I phone to speak to someone I am left holding on for up till 2 hrs and still got no one to sort out the problem I have phone several times I am going to move my money to another bank

1 person on the desk, queue out the door; all people with long/complicated tasks which require a lot of time. Extremely long wait, no other staff anywhere. Appalling customer service.
