Room is spacious, larg in area and size .
Bathroom is big , includes bath tub and shower .
View of rooms is nice towards the city .
Amenities provided . Slippers, shampoo, conditioner, soap, tooth brush , you Nedd only to ask if something is missing.
Cleaners doing good job cleaning .

However the hotel is old , old building, old finishes, old materials, old sanitary, old lighting fixtures, old mirrors , old furniture. Badly need rennovation.

Mattress is not comfortable, pillows are joke , small in size .

No parking allocated for the hotel . But driver takes ur car and search for parking for u , u pay 15 AED.

Area is crowded , heavy traffic .

Horrible experience, booked days in advance and arrived late in the night for them to tell me the room isn’t ready yet and they “don’t know” how long it will be. Receptionist was fighting with people in front of me. After waiting 30 minutes I cancelled and booked somewhere else last-minute. Had to shift again after a long day out and a ton of traveling, and it wasn’t easy to find another available room. After another mess with canceling the booking, my car finally came to take me out of this chaos nest. No one even helped with my bags coming or going. Good riddance!

Friendly and attentive staff. Clean rooftop pool, decent size with cityview and great sun exposure all day. Lifeguard Shwamy (sorry for the spelling) is very helpful and welcoming. Clean and spacious rooms. Overall good hotel.

There was clearly a lack of staff, tried to use the restaurant, spa and massage services but nobody was at the desk or ever answered the phone. Good location and the room was decent for the price (although some of the plugs didn't work). Highlight was the Irish bar next door.

Hotel has a very convenient location in the city centre. The furniture is a bit older, but everything was clean and room is very spacious. Staff was kind and helpful. View from the upper floors is very nice.
Breakfast consists mostly of local food.

They don't have hotel parking. You have to pay 15aed per day.
The hotel is in good location. But the hotel is bit old staff seems to be more good than the hotels current condition.

We have booked 2 nights stay with breakfast but the choice for breakfast was very less and not worth it. We didn't even go for breakfast on the 2nd day because it was just too disappointing. And the staff were all uninterested to do their jobs, they were all unwelcoming. The rooms were too dusty and the curtains don't even shut so we had to sleep in a bright room, we couldn't rest. This was supposed to be a staycation but it was a disaster. When you request for something from housekeeping as well, they'll come after 3 hours. Overall, this was the worst experience we've had in hotels.

Nice hotel, a reasonably good buffet breakfast. Room had marks of some prior water damage, and there were small red ants that came through in mseveral areas of the room. Great location and at that price - the biggest plus.
