The Beach Rotana Hotel complex along with its facilities, staff, service, hygiene, high standards were all excellent. I have no negative comments. Would definitely come again. Special mention for Tofique who provided the highest level of customer service. Thank you Beach Rotana for an excellent holiday

The lounge is lovely and ambience of the place relaxing and atmospheric.
Unfortunately, ordering a bloody Mary cocktail wasn’t a great choice. It tasted like tomato soup with zero percentage of alcohol and full of ice cubes that melted in 5 min which made it even more watery.
I kindly asked the waiter to bring me a new one and he returned with the same glass I was using before, no ice at all and the following outcome ????

Waiter was kind enough to not charge me for it and even though I would visit the place again due to its nice area, I would never buy another cocktail.
My partner’s mojito was equally very bad quality.

Al Shorfa Lounge is the perfect place if you wanna chill out with friends, loved ones or even family, especially during the winter season. The outdoor offers the best view of Al Maryah Island where Galleria, Four Seasons and Rosewood can be seen along with the stretch of sea. The music is so chill and the lights are pretty amazing. Kudos to Kuya Sannie for being so accommodating with us. The drinks and food are amazing. A must place to visit.

This place is astonishing, what adds more is the amazing food, ambiance and above all people like Rohit and Irbaaz - what a terrific hospitality..keep up the good work !!

I just went there based on the reviews and i found it closed for good. They should announce or remove the post or anyone. So i post this bad review to let people know that the shop is closed no more save your time

Part of Beach Rotana. We're having a pleasant night with a very well assistance from Mr. Hicham. Asmosphere is chill. Good for hanging out ????, go on a date ???? even a business talk ????.

Reasonable price for food and bev. Plus shisha SUPER!!

An afternoon coffee ☕ date with one of my friend. We were served warmthly by Ms. Jessa in a friendly and professional manner. The ambience from outdoor is so nice and has a perfect view, such a nice place to relax and unwind. Not to mention the iced coffee taste so good.
