From first day to last ALL the guys at the pool and BayView were outstanding in the service if you were at the pool, on the beach or in the restaurant. Great service while testing the new call system for when the beach extension opens.

Chef Anthony and his team at the Bay View Restaurant at Beach Rotana are mixing things up at this poolside venue. What was once an outdated and personally speaking boring menu has now sprung to life with items that project a lighter, healthier, beachy-styled, and eclectic fusion array of dishes.

Now under the titles of Salad Bites, Raw Bites, Beach Bites, Bigger Bites, and Sweets are a selection of 3 to 5 different items to choose from. On a recent hot summer day, we tried the Tropical Fruit Salad. Wow! Served in a large silver bowl filled with crushed ice, this assortment of watermelon triangles, honeydew and sweet green melon slices, large chunks of pineapple was more than enough for the three of us to snack on.

The other thing that is appreciated with this menu make-over is that this team has tried to make the menu accessible based on cost. We look forward to the remainder of the summer trying out the new summer menu creations! Hats off to Chef Anthony and his culinary team...

Loved chilling around the pool sipping on to amazing cocktails with finger licking good quick bites! Perfect weekend vibes !

Chicken club sandwich
Chicken wings
Calamari rings
And one of the best vanilla custard that I ever had - crispy pastry sheet and the smooth textured custard was so Perfect !
With amazing Pina Colada , mojitos is what we call a perfect beach and pool day !!
