Loved living in here once upon a time.
Pros:
*It has all facilities including huge indoor pool.
*Larger rooms comparing to nearby apartments
*Place generally not crowded.
*Amazing maintenance & operation team. Once i called at 11.30pm, they came in 15 min. Unusual for the area.
*Near Canal

Cons:
*Even though I have reminded many times, I have received my security deposit after 7 months. :(
*No early termination fee written in contract.
*Road side apartments are noisy a bit. However, they installed double layer door afterwards. Still...
*Mold issue was there in beginning for a month.

The worst place I have ever decided to live in. The place is huge for two bedrooms, however your health and belongings get damaged by the mold. The maintenance company don’t even know how to do their job, I had to give them instructions how to deal with A/C cleaning and how it should be done. The water is dirty and moldy that you have to wait until it start going clear again. That made my skin got bad, and my dog started getting infected to.
So yes you will have a nice place to live, but maintaining your health and belongings will increase dramatically.

I am living here for more than 3 years. Having indoor swimming pool and nice gym. Extra parking slots are available.
I am happy with fast response of maintenance unlike the previous buildings I lived before Amwaj.
AC is free. AC needs to run full time in summer and flat balcony doors should not be kept open to avoid humidity issues during summer. This is actually a common rule to deal with high humidity in Abu Dhabi .

Have been living there for the past six months, although apartments are spacious and facing the channel side, The humdity inside the apartment is a killer and the mold is all over the place. Had to through most of my furniture and up to date to date no positive response from Savills who is running the building on behalf of the owner which you can't reach for some reason. Doesn't recommend for families with young kids at all and cant wait to move out after paying much for 2 bedroom apartment

Great apartment and landlord, highlight is room size and nicely maintained by marina facilities.

We are dealing with mold issues for almost 3 months and until now, it is unresolved. We followed-up via calls and emails, no resolution, or no Mold Experts hired from the end of the property mgt., to sort it out. It is just keep on spreading out all over the furniture, garments, shoes, bags, built-in closets, doors due to the molds from the AC’s, ceilings, walls on top of humidity and poor building maintenance. This is not only damaging our belongings, but as well as our health.

Apartments facing Shk Zayed Rd are extremely noisy. Plumbing and maintenance problems keep resurfacing. Well equipped and spacious gym.

These are noisy as he'll if you face the road... Beautiful if you face the canal... No outside pool is a big negative. No supermarket within walking distance...
