AC is very hot in summer , when contacting maintenance , keeping AC on 24/7 and it won’t go lower than 22C with the extreme monthly bill is “no issue” according to them.
Any maintenance requested whether major or minor takes approximately 1 year to process, more than 5 maintenance requests were sent in June 2022 and now in July 2023 they are yet to be checked by the building maintenance.

Will definitely move out of this place as soon as I can ???????? shame.

pool and gym are STILL NOT WORKING. Even though the building rents the apartments for more than 6 months
