Mia in Khalidya branch in Al Ain tower ROOFTOP is an extremely talented senior hairstylist, she knows what she is doing.
I have visited this hair salon twice. First time was for a regular trim, Mia recommended I dyed for next visit SO I DID!
Not only did she give me the perfect cut, keeping my length, she also dyed my virgin hair a beautiful ashy balayage.
It’s difficult to dye black hair and my ends are still healthy! I’m overjoyed to have her as my new hair stylist.
She gave me a beautiful balayage, and friends are asking me where I got it done. 100% recommend her.

professional and the nail technician Vera was also very good. Everyone was very friendly and the ambience is very cozy! Will surely come back????

The first time in November. I had colour done by Lourdes. It was great. I was nervous because I am allergic to some products, but she recommended one, did a test and I was very happy with the result. The staff are also very nice and polite.
I went back in January but wasn't as lucky. I was offered an appointment at 4:50, the colorist didn't show up, the assistants made and applied the colour and it was ok (it was written in a card from the previous visit). Eventually the colorist came and I guess she must have been in a hurry to go (it was 6 and they close at 7) so she was quite careless while doing the blow-dry (she burnt me a couple of times) and did a disappointing hair cut, that I told her where to correct, it wasn't even... And too short.
Next time, I'll make sure not to book an appointment with her.
The price is quite expensive, but all salons are in the city. I took advantage of a discount to residents in the community, so it was affordable.

It was wonderful to meet Kirstie, a kindred horse woman from Scotland, the same as me, it’s a small world.
The whole experience in the salon was so relaxing, the head massage during the conditioning was amazing.
Thanks to all the staff who made the experience a pleasure, I’ll see you next time I’m back from Scotland x

I got balayage done from Mia, and she delivered some great results; exactly like the picture I showed her. She was polite, understood what I wanted and made sure I was happy with the results.
Totally recommended and worth the price!
