I always love shopping at H&m (women, men, kids and home). I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for Ms Meera for the exceptional assistance in helping me redeem my credit note after a mistake that happened it another branch.

A very bad customer service. Your staff is very rude. We we're just asking if they still have a blackpink collection, but she answered in a very rude way as if we've been disturbing her. Her tone of voice as if she we're shouting. Visited today 07.January.2023. She is wearing a mustard yellow dress. BAD EXPERIENCE
